DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & THE UNITED KINDGDOM
We deliver to the UK, Australia and New Zealand. The postage price will be calculated at the end of your order.
Australia & NZ Friends, please note that in some cases (not all) the delivery charge maybe high, we at Just Kids Wallpaper charge for the postage which is charged to us by the international supplier, we do not make any money from the postage.
UK friends please understand that due to some distribution rights the following wallpaper cannot be shipped to the UK: Sandberg, Harlequin, Katie Bourne, Hibou Home, Ferm Living & Studio Ditte. Please see your UK stockists for these brands.
ORDERING AND PAYMENTS
The easiest way to order is by using our checkout. We have the following methods of payments: PayPal, MasterCard / Visa, Bank Deposit. However, if you prefer ordering by phone, we are more than happy to take phone orders (Australia) 0409 763 261. Delivery can take from 7 to 15 working days depending on the supplier.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
justkidswallpaper.com's liability for any defect or claim is limited to the value of the purchase only. Claims are not liable after the wallpaper has been cut, or any other treatment has been applied to the wallpaper.
RETURNING GOODS
Faulty Merchandise will only be accepted on uncut rolls, within 7 days of delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods. If you do find a fault please contact justkidswallpaper.com immediately during business hours, as no goods will be accepted unless we have had prior notice.
SAMPLE REQUESTS
Non faulty goods will not be refunded so we advise you to request wallpaper samples to ensure you have made the correct choice.
Samples can be ordered by using the drop down menu in the product screen. THERE IS FREE DELIVERY FOR SAMPLES. If there is no option for the 'sample' then we are currently unable to obtain samples of that product. In some cases (popular products) we may need to order the sample in from overseas this may require a 14 day wait.
All returned items are done so at your cost and must have prior written acceptance by justkidswallpaper.com

You can be confident that any information you provide to us will be managed carefully. The information you provide us may be stored on our own database, and may be used for marketing or other communications at some stage. We will not disclose your information to any third parties.
ENVIRONMENT
justkidswallpaper.com cares for our environment. When we can, we will recycle all wallpaper packaging boxes. Please understand that if your packaging looks second hand, it is because we have re-used it to help minimise our carbon footprint.
