These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

We stand by all our products. All our products are from accredited distributors/suppliers and are NOT replicas NOR seconds products.

Ordering and Payment Terms
It is up to the Customer to ensure that all the details they provide at the time of ordering are true & correct. The Customer is responsible for checking that all items, quantities and details are correct before they proceed with payment. This includes the Customers name, billing and delivery address, phone number, e-mail address.
Just Kids Wallpaper is not liable for any complaints which are the result of Customer imputing incorrect details at check-out.

Wallpaper Rolls
In some cases we have been able to offer Free Shipping for certain wallpapers, the remaining wallpapers are based on region & weight.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of your order.
Some wallpapers are in stock however, we may have to order them in, please allow up to 5- 20 working days for delivery.
If we believe your order will not be delivered within the above time frames we will contact you.
If you require your wallpaper urgently, please contact us during business hours on +61 (0) 3 59742112 as we may be able to assist you with express shipping at an additional cost.
All our wallpaper roll orders are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
Just Kids Wallpaper will not be liable for any lost deliveries due to the Australia Post &/or the purchasers local Postal Services.
We will provide tracking information at the request of the Customer.
Each Country has their own Customs Import /Duty Tax. If you are an international customer, the onus is on you as the recipient of the goods, to pay for any Customs Import/Duty Tax that maybe payable in your Country.
Samples (FREE SHIPPING)
Samples can be ordered via our website. We have a limit of only one sample per style/colour.
Most samples are in stock, please allow 2 -10 working days for delivery.
We aim for our samples to be A4 size however in some cases, due to stock supplies, the size of the sample may vary from the A4 size.
All samples are not tracked and will be sent by Australia Post.
The purpose of our samples are to provide the Customer with a guide of the colour & texture of the wallpaper.
We strongly recommend that the purchaser orders a sample of the wallpaper as the colours displayed on the website may vary to the real product. We take no responsibility for a Customer incorrectly purchasing wallpaper that they believe to be the incorrect colour or texture.
RETURNING GOODS POLICY
Just Kids Wallpaper will not refund or exchange wallpaper rolls if the purchaser
a) changes their mind.
b) orders the incorrect wallpaper.
c) orders more rolls than they require.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods on arrival, including the quantities, style, colour and batch numbers of the wallpaper.
Faulty merchandise will only be accepted on uncut rolls. If a fault is detected during installation, the wallpaper hanger/installer must cease hanging the wallpaper and contact us immediately. We will require photo evidence of the fault, details of the installation, and in some cases require physical proof. We will take no responsibility if the installer continues to hang the faulty wallpaper. Just Kids Wallpaper will NOT be liable for any installation costs.
The Purchaser is to contact us immediately on +61 (0) 3 5974 2112 during business hours if they believe their merchandise is faulty. All complaints must be submitted within 5 working days of delivery.
LIABILITY
We will not accept liability for any defect or claim that is greater than the value of the purchase. Claims are not liable after the wallpaper has been cut, hung, or any other treatment has been applied to the wallpaper.
We will not accept any responsibility for the wallpaper being incorrectly hung, or for installers who continue to hang faulty products.
Just Kids Wallpaper will not be liable for any lost deliveries due to the Australia Post &/or the purchasers local postal services. We will provide tracking information at the request of the Customer.
PRIVACY
Just Kids Wallpaper takes your privacy seriously and our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the SPAM Act of 2003. You can be confident that any information you provide to us will be managed carefully. The information you provide us may be stored on our own database, and may be used for marketing or other communications at some stage. We will not disclose your information to any third parties.
ENVIRONMENT
Just Kids Wallpaper cares for our environment. When we can, we will recycle all wallpaper packaging boxes. Please understand that if your packaging looks second hand, it is because we have re-used it to help minimise our carbon footprint.
